Welcome to Heijoshin Karate! Heijoshin Karate dojo teaches non-contact Shotokan Karate and welcomes students 7 years and older, male and female. Karate helps students develop strength, speed, agility, focus, self-discipline, and self-confidence all while exercising, having fun, and learning self defense.
